A growing journey that keeps inspiring me

some days my hair goes curly, some days straight, but everyday is good for stripes

College degree, check. What do I want to choose as a career? hmm….
A freelance artist, that is IT!
Arriving to that decision took time, but it gave me the target to aim while I waited to practice it fully.

Motherhood was happening full-blast.
I treasure the moments I got and also looked forward to when the kids could cook their own oatmeal and I could draw longer than five minutes.

I thought being an artist meant selling paintings, entering juried shows and exhibiting at galleries. I tried them, but I’ve discovered SO many more routes. And while I thought I had it all figured out, c'mon! I chose the label and all, the scope of it kept evolving.

It has been a journey, and today it looks like being an Illustrator & a Lettering Artist.

Mixing drawings with words for an uplifting message is my thing. I love being part of creating custom art for individuals and businesses.

I license my art and I help heart centered entrepeneurs amplify their messages in a visual way.

If you have a great message to share, powerful words of wisdom to pass down, a memory you want to relive, let's work together!

I create from my studio, in Kirkland, Washington and I love this green corner of the world. It reminds me a lot of Quito - Ecuador, where I was born.
I am wife to B, and mom to E, A, and N. Their names spell BEAN, needless to say I love my BEANs!

Be part of my journey, let’s grow together!
