What do tulips have to do with tomorrow? Yes, they do have the "t" in common, but when thinking about this quote, flowers seemed an appropriate illustration as they are beauties we have to enjoy in the moment.
I really like the cleverness of the words in this quote, and how it makes me pause and think to make sure I got it. The Music Man is a fun musical with lots of clever sayings.
This is an early piece, I was learning how to use my calligraphy tools better. I love how now, I can notice and pinpoint the areas that need improving. But I also remember how awesome it felt to finally get those thick and thins lines without also getting puddles of ink all over. It was a win.
