I am learning to break things down into bite size pieces. I have set many goals thorought the last few months to help me meet the deadline of my next show. I am setting up on Monday! Midori bakery doesn't open to the public on Mondays, so please come any other day April 11 through June (7- 5pm during the week, 8-5pm in the weekends, closed Mondays)
Even then, there were things I put off, but I feel prepared. Despite the few late nights and long hours I have been able to take the time to be present with my family, and that is a big personal goal accomplished.
So this piece I did for B, my husband, as a birthday gift. I am borrowing it for the next 3 month to display. He really likes that quote and I had to figured out a way to make it fit into a 24x6 rectangle. It had to be simple and boyish. Here is the visual summary:
