Abstract pattern & a backpack

When I was presented with the challenge of creating an abstract pattern, I wanted to elaborate on the idea of the transition from chaos to order I had illustrated.

I have also seen a picture on Pinterest that had vivid colors contrasted with navy blue, you can see the colors here. So, vivid colors and transitions inspire this beauty.  Which I used as a pattern for a mock up backpack I drew.  

Now I want this backpack!  My son wants one too, that was the best compliment I received today.

Why a backpack?  I love learning and this came from a class I am working on right now, called MATS Boot Camp
