When a baptism happens, there is a program outlining the order and people involved in saying prayers, giving talks, and performing the ordinance.  So I created a visual summary of what we believe for the program cover.

Baptism is the first ordinance, and a big covenant we make with God.  Hence the kids starting their journey and looking up.  The path ends in a very simplified Seattle LDS Temple.  The temple is where other ordinances take place later in life.

So here is a quick summary of what the rest means

If you are wondering more, this short video explains it well.  The kingdoms, I included in my design, are part of the Plan of Happiness that we believe God has for us.

I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints,  in our church, most of us have a volunteer job to keep all programs rolling.

When our kids turn 8, they can choose to get baptized.  My youngest just turned 8 and got baptized and I am also serving in the Primary Organization, the one dedicated to the children 3-12 years old.  So, I had double the motivation to work on a program cover about baptism.

I am glad I can honor the gifts I know are God given by creating, and I know that ultimately our Father in Heaven wants us to be happy, I truly believe that.
